Pezza Landscape, Inc. was established in 1951 as a maintenance contractor for the near western suburbs of Chicago. Over the past 65 years, Pezza Landscape, Inc. strives to give our customers the highest quality of products (plants and materials) and timely, excellent service. Pezza Landscape, Inc. offers full landscape services and has recently expanded into three divisions to service our customer needs efficiently and effectively, always with their care in mind.
The Maintenance division was created to maintain commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Our maintenance foremen are trained exclusively to give clients individual attention and services that include: mowing, weeding, pruning, granular fertilization, pest management, mulching, project modifications, landscape renovation, and flower rotation.
The Construction division has worked with municipalities and major utility companies for the past 40 years, installing over 200,000 yards of sod annually. Trained foremen perform daily tasks of hydro seeding, slit seeding, earth moving, fine grading, tractor grading, installation of trees and fencing, with all materials and procedures guaranteed for satisfaction.
The Design/Build division was created to enhance the beauty of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The Design/Build team is trained to consider the objectives and utilize their expertise towards creating a prestigious project. The specialty of the Design/Build foremen is their ability to install hardscape constructions such as brick paver work, timber walls, keystone, and flagstone retaining walls. They are well versed in the care and installation of plant material, enabling them to help customers with any landscape needs and give the finishing touches that truly make a difference.
Because Pezza Landscape, Inc. cares about you, our client, we have evolved into a respected and competitive full service landscape contractor.
