Namely, the NALP, ILCA, and AmericanHort provide valuable resources for training and keeping up with industry innovation. Being involved in multiple organizations like this helps us cover our bases, providing information on the local, state, and national levels so that we are implementing the best practices possible. Even the Community Association’s Institute (CAI) helps us better serve a particular type of client (HOA).
