As a commercial landscaping company, there are a wide variety of properties that fall under the umbrella of a “commercial property.” We serve many of them, however, they all require different types of attention, and demand the best of us. Various properties have different generalized needs, and in an attempt at transparency, we wanted to better overview what these are. We work with property owners, property managers, and city officials in municipalities, looking for those who we can build a foundation of trust with. Having been around for over 65 years, our experience has taught us the uniqueness of every property, so here is a little breakdown on what to expect.

A very common type of property that we serve is that of a commercial workspace, typically housing business tenants. The objective of landscaping on these properties is to create a comfortable work environment, and a place where employees feel safe and proud to work. Priorities on this type of property are always going to be the lawn and the implementation of seasonal color throughout the landscape.

Municipalities

We love the Chicagoland area, as we live and work here. Thus, when we work with cities and towns to take care of their landscaping, we show out. These jobs typically require oversight of many different locations throughout the municipality, from police departments to libraries. Communication is key, as there are so many pieces in play with a municipality. Quality assurance is vital, and we assign dedicated account managers to ensure that there is no confusion, and that all services are performed timely and well.

HOA’s and Apartment Complexes

One of the beauties of Pezza is that not only do we perform work on commercial properties, we also do residential. That way, when we engage in work for a large residential complex, we can apply the same practices on a larger scale. We focus greatly on community living spaces, attempting to create a family-friendly environment that every prospective homeowner or resident desires to be a part of. In this vein, we also have the luxury of possessing the capability to engage in design build projects, which we often find benefit residential complexes. Hospitals are places where people come and experience significant trauma, the joys of a new child and an array of other emotions.
